If The Forever Kit doesn’t turn out the way that it is supposed to, we will provide you with a refund. But, upon receiving another kit, we will need a verification photo of the product showing the unsuccessful result. We will decide from there if the result was unsuccessful or successful based on our policy.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange items within 30 days from the date you received your order, as long as the item is unopened. A refund can’t be given if the seals of the bucket have been opened. The cost of returned shipping will not be refunded, nor can we supply a return shipping label.
