Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting our website and shopping with us. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders processed on our website may be shipped and/or delivered using any of our shipping methods. Each shipping method delivery period is dependent on:

• the time order is placed and payment is received;
• where the delivery should be made;
• the availability of stock; and
• if the courier that is chosen is able to deliver your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

We ship to the continental USA from Michigan. We work with trusted shipping partners to have your packages delivered. Orders with free shipping are delivered in 3-8 days, and orders with faster paid shipping will typically be delivered in 2 days.

If overnight shipping is selected (delivery before 12pm next day) kindly place your order before 1pm on Thursday, to have a greater change of delivery before the weekend.

After your payment is authorized and verified, processing is normally done within 48 hours to allow for a small window for you to make any changes to your order if requested.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The rate charged for the delivery of your order is based on:

  1. the delivery method selected
  2. the weight of your products
  3. your location

Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the total cost of delivery will be. If a package is delivered to the specified address and no one is available to sign for it, the courier will take it back to their office; in some instances, you will be required to re-pay the delivery cost to have it delivered again. You may also be required to pay a storage fee if packages are left at the courier for an extended period of time.

Delivery Information

To ensure that your package is delivered properly and you receive your shipment within the time we advertise, please ensure your address is fully entered and is correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for incorrect information. Please do not use PO Boxes as our shipping partners may not be able to deliver those.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If the package is returned non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charges.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must first address this with your neighbors and/or postal service. We do not accept responsibility for packages that were confirmed to be delivered. We will do our best to assist you with this issue if it occurs. However, we do not immediately or automatically issue a refund for packages that have been delivered.

Damages

Immediately report if you receive your package and any product is damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If we do ship internationally for you, please understand that delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing times (if any). We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, extra fee’s, customs or back-end changes incurred.
